Job summary

PT Kraton Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to develop and execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights. You will negotiate pricing, promotions, and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to drive campaigns and successful product launches.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales or related roles within skincare, FMCG, or consumer goods, with strong negotiating and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Channel Sales.
• Experience in skincare, personal care, baby care, FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with willingness to mobility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, while monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports.
• Manage commercial negotiations, including pricing and promotional programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to support campaigns, product launches, and smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports, forecasts, and business insights.
• Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
