Job summary

PT Melium Nusantara (Seminyak Village) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the entire mall operations team and ensure smooth operation of the Seminyak Shopping Village. You will drive efficiency, coordinate departments, and oversee service quality for tenants and guests.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in mall/property/hotel management, with strong leadership and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering or property management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of mall management, property management, or 5-star hotel experience.
• Strong leadership and proactive, hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational performance of the entire staff to align with company mission and vision.
• Organize fit-out per SOP to provide the best service to tenants.
• Control procurement unit purchases in line with SOP and policy.
• Monitor and evaluate housekeeping, security and parking to ensure top service.
• Coordinate System and Operation Procedures across all Operations Department.
• Monitor operations to resolve tenant or customer issues quickly and accurately.
• Plan strategies and operating costs; control the approved budget for efficiency.
• Provide monthly reports to the Center Director.
• Plan coaching and training to enhance staff motivation and productivity.
• Set up mall strategy and operational management for efficiency and effectiveness.

Job description

Responsible for assisting the Central Director with the entire operation of Seminyak Shopping Village, including treatment malls, smooth operation and management of the entire operations staff to maximize their supporters all resources in a professional manner without reducing efficiency and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the operational performance of the entire staff in accordance with mission and vision of the company with the objective to coordinate and monitor any developments and problems that arise in order to increase the competency of employees

Organize fit out in accordance with the procedure with the aim to provide the best service to tenants

Organize and control procedures procurement unit purchases in accordance with the SOP and company policy

Control and evaluate the performance of Housekeeping, Security and Parking Mall to provide the best service

Control and coordinate the System and Operation Procedures all Operations Department

Monitor operations to ensure that can provide the necessary services and resolve tenant or customer complaints quickly, accurately and effectively

Plan strategies and operational costs as well as controlling the budget approved for the purpose of achieving efficiency

Provide monthly reports to the Center Director

Plan coaching and training to broaden staff to always increase the motivation of the team with the aim of improving the productivity of the team

Set up a strategy and operational management mall with the aim of achieving efficiency and effectiveness

About you

Bachelor of all majors, preferably with a background in Industrial /Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or Property Management

Minimum 5 years experience mall management or managing properties or 5 stars Hotel or in similar position

High leadership skill
