Job summary

Vibe development in Bali is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day execution of hospitality projects including hotels, villas, restaurants and related interiors. You will coordinate schedules, procurement, production, logistics, installation and handover across teams and clients on site in Nusa Dua.

The role requires strong leadership, flawless coordination, budgeting discipline and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or project management within hospitality or related industries.
• Strong understanding of workflows and site coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail, budgets and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English proficiency.
• Willing to travel and visit project sites when required.
