Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop, implement, and evaluate operational SOPs and workflows.
Lead, supervise, and evaluate operational teams across departments.
Ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor operational performance, budgets, and cost efficiency.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate effectively with other departments to achieve company goals.
Analyze operational performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management.
Ensure company operations comply with internal policies and standards.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
Experience in Hospitality, Villa Management, Property Management, or Tour & Travel industry is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Strong organizational and operational planning skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
