Job summary

Donna Restaurant Ubud in Bali seeks an experienced Operations Lead to oversee pre-opening and daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards and smooth floor presence. You will lead, train, and develop the team, implement SOPs, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain readiness.

You will manage scheduling, guest feedback, onboarding, and drive continuous improvements. Regular reporting to the Group Operations Manager is required to align with corporate standards.
