Job summary

TOPSTRETCHING® operates busy gym facilities in Bali. The Gym Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring staff performance, equipment upkeep, and member satisfaction.

You will monitor costs, manage resources and inventory, implement SOPs, handle member concerns, and work with Management to develop operational strategies that raise service quality and align with company objectives.

Job description

The Gym Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring that all departments, facilities, equipment, and staff operate efficiently and in accordance with company standards.

The position is responsible for maintaining a high level of operational efficiency, staff performance, facility standards, safety, cleanliness, and member satisfaction. The Gym Operations Manager will coordinate with different departments and report operational matters, performance, issues, and improvement opportunities to Management.

The role also includes monitoring operational costs, managing resources and inventory, implementing and maintaining SOPs, handling member concerns, supervising staff, and ensuring that the gym consistently delivers a professional and high-quality experience to its members and guests.

The Gym Operations Manager shall also support Management in developing operational strategies, improving internal processes, increasing service quality, and achieving the company's operational and business objectives.
