Job summary

CV RAMI HOSPITALITY seeks an Operational Manager to oversee daily operations across all departments in Bali’s hospitality and family recreation venues. You will lead, develop, and monitor teams to ensure service standards and targets are met.

The role focuses on revenue growth, cost control, quality improvements, and safe, family-friendly experiences for children. You will ensure SOPs, hygiene, and safety compliance while cultivating a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an operational leadership role within hospitality or related segments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and KPIs for operations.
• Fluent in English, able to work in a dynamic environment and ensure safety for children.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Operational Manager, General Manager, or in a similar leadership role within hospitality, family recreation, kids' clubs, restaurants, or lifestyle venues.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Good understanding of operational management, budgeting, cost control, revenue targets, KPIs, and team development.

Fluent in spoken and written English, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and highly committed to children's safety and family comfort.
