Job summary

PT Bloome Baby Indonesia is seeking an Operations Manager to own end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment across all sales channels. You will lead a high-autonomy team, optimize stock accuracy, and partner with the founder to tighten processes and drive operational discipline.

The role covers inventory control, PO management, reengineering stock opname, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, finance, and retail teams in a fast-growing baby lifestyle brand environment.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in operations, with direct hands-on experience managing warehouse, fulfillment, and marketplace operations.
Direct working experience with Indonesian marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) at an operational level.
Background in e-commerce, consumer goods, or a brand with a physical retail component.
Comfortable with WMS/ERP systems and confident in Excel or Google Sheets.
Able to read basic financial reports and work productively with a finance team.
Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing admin and operational staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and outbound fulfillment performance.
Own the receiving-to-system-entry process and the integrity of stock data.
Manage purchase orders and inbound goods with existing suppliers.
Set and hold fulfillment SLAs across all sales channels.
Lead, develop, and hold accountable the warehouse team.
Direct marketplace admins to ensure listings, inventory sync, and campaign readiness across channels.
Coordinate with marketing/creative teams so ops aligns with campaigns.
Build and maintain SOPs, checklists, and reporting rhythms.
