Job summary

Schoters is seeking an Operations leader to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring programs run smoothly and efficiently across teams in Indonesia. You will identify operational risks, improve cross-team processes, and enhance the student experience by connecting leadership, reporting lines, and shared services.

The role requires 4–6+ years in operations, experience managing multiple programs, and a track record of turning ad-hoc processes into scalable systems.

Job description

Lead the day-to-day operations of Schoters’ business unit, ensuring each program runs smoothly, efficiently, and consistently while proactively identifying operational risks, improving cross-team processes, and driving a better student experience. We are looking for someone who can understand complex operations, connect the dots across teams, and build a more scalable way of working.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Operations Team to achieve the company’s strategic goals.
• Ensuring day-to-day operations run optimally independently or in collaboration with other divisions.
• Collaborating with HR, conducting the recruitment process for the teaching team referring to projected needs.
• Explore and develop new programs that are in line with the company's vision and future needs by considering the program's feasibility factor from the financial side.
• Conducting a quality assurance (QA) process for the learning process of program participants.
• Build and execute strategy to improve operation processes and NPS.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4–6+ years of experience in operations or service delivery, including at least 2 years managing teams.
• Proven experience managing multiple programs or workstreams simultaneously
• Strong decision-making under pressure and ambiguity, comfortable moving forward without every process being fully defined
• Data-informed decision-making (you don't need to run the analysis yourself, but you know what to ask for and how to read it)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, you'll be the connective tissue between leadership, your direct reports, and shared services teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in EdTech, education consulting, or any program/cohort-based business (bootcamps, online courses, training providers)
• Hands-on experience owning customer satisfaction frameworks (NPS, CSAT)
• A track record of turning a messy, ad-hoc operation into a more systematic one
