Your Day‑to‑Day:

• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Translate company‑wide strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, lead critical business initiatives, and take ownership of execution from ideation to measurable impact.
• Lead Operational Excellence: Identify operational bottlenecks, redesign business processes, and implement scalable solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
• Own Business Performance: Monitor key business metrics, establish performance frameworks, and leverage data‑driven insights to optimize operational performance, resource allocation, and profitability.
• Unlock Growth Opportunities: Analyze market dynamics, commercial performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for business expansion, revenue growth, and competitive advantage.
• Champion Cost Efficiency: Drive cost optimization, manpower productivity, and resource management initiatives while balancing operational effectiveness and sustainable business growth.
• Elevate Customer Experience: Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, service standards, and operational processes to deliver better customer experiences across our brands.

Who We're Looking For:

• 2-5+ years of professional experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations / Business Excellence, Field Operations / Retail Operations, Program Management / Transformation, Commercial Operations, Corporate Strategy, Operations Leadership in high‑growth startups or scale‑ups
• Proven track record in P&L management, operational excellence, and business performance improvement, with tangible results to show for it.
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to break down complex business challenges into actionable solutions.
• Hands‑on experience managing day‑to‑day operations, leading cross‑functional initiatives, and driving end‑to‑end project execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business data into actionable insights, performance improvements, and strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated expertise in manpower productivity, workforce planning, resource optimization, and performance management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Spreadsheets and Data analysis tools.
