Job summary

You will identify operational risks, improve cross-team processes, and enhance the student experience by connecting leadership, reporting lines, and shared services.

The role requires 4–6+ years in operations, experience managing multiple programs, and a track record of turning ad-hoc processes into scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Operations Team to achieve the company’s strategic goals.
• Ensure day-to-day operations run optimally independently or with other divisions.
• Collaborate with HR and conduct recruitment for teaching teams.
• Explore and develop new programs aligned with company vision and financial feasibility.
• Conduct QA of the learning process for program participants.
• Build and execute strategies to improve operation processes and NPS.
