Job summary

Seven Retail in Indonesia is seeking an Academic Operations Senior Associate to drive academic readiness across branches, manage new branch openings, and support presales activities such as trial classes and Open Houses.

You will bridge Academic Excellence, Headmasters, Teachers, Sales Advisors, and Expansion teams to ensure quality and build parent trust, with 3+ years in related fields and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in academic operations, school administration, or related education field.
• Ability to coordinate multiple branches in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education standards and school operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Google workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support academic implementation across assigned branches, acting as School PIC.
• Compile and elevate academic issues from branches, providing support to Headmasters as needed.
• Ensure academic readiness for new openings, including classroom setup, learning materials, and teacher prep.
• Support presales activities by preparing academic materials, trial class readiness, and Open Houses briefing teachers.
• Facilitate parent consultations with clear academic explanations and curriculum insights.
• Collaborate with Academic Operations, Curriculum Design, Strategic Operation and Expansion teams for seamless execution.

Job Overview

The Academic Operations Senior Associate supports academic execution across assigned school branches, new branch preparation, and presales-related academic activities. This role ensures academic readiness for new school openings, new class launches, and supports presales activities like trial classes and Open Houses. The position acts as a critical bridge between Academic Excellence, Headmasters, Teachers, Sales Advisors, and the Expansion Team to maintain academic quality and support parent trust.

Your Day-to-Day

• Monitor and support academic implementation across assigned school branches, acting as the School PIC.
• Compile and elevate academic issues from branches, providing support to Headmasters as needed.
• Ensure academic readiness for new school openings, including classroom setup, learning materials, and teacher preparation.
• Support presales activities by preparing academic materials, ensuring trial class readiness, and briefing teachers for Open Houses.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects in a multi-branch or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education academic standards and school operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in using standard office productivity tools (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel, Google Docs/Word, Google Slides/PowerPoint).
