Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Strategist to partner with the leadership team and drive scalable, high-quality operations across the organization.

You will analyze processes, lead projects, define metrics, and manage financial plans while mentoring the operations strategist team and collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and customer success to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business (or related field).
• 5+ years’ experience in Operation Strategist, Project Management, Operations Consulting, Process Improvement.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing projects.
• Have 2+ years of experience leading a team (preferred).
• Change management experience - demonstrating value, trust, adoption.
• Experience organizing, influencing, and directing multiple teams.
• Ability to draw insights from unorganized information and drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; articulate issues and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leadership across segments, integrations, and launch teams for smooth operations.
• Evaluate processes, technologies, and workflows to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency and scalability while maintaining quality.
• Define metrics, targets, and measurements to manage operations and transparency.
• Ensure operational data analysis needs are met with timely reporting.
• Create and manage financial plans including forecasting and tracking performance.
• Develop staff capacity plans for Platform Operations functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success.
• Evaluate, procure, and manage technology stack to support operations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and drive innovation to maintain competitiveness.
• Lead and mentor operations strategist team to develop skills and careers.
