Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in a CPG/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and TPM concepts.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to hit SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale).
• Implement IL6S and Factory of Future initiatives on line-centric organization.
• Establish governance to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
