Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Supply Chain Excellence Manager to lead production operations in the Plant and deliver KPIs across safety, quality, productivity, volumes, and cost. You will drive the IL6S journey and build a high-performing organization with strong governance and continuous improvement.

Ideally, you are an engineer with financial acumen, project management skills, and deep knowledge of maintenance and manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in TPM, 5S, LEAN and Six Sigma tools.
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
• Engineer with strong financial and business acumen, plus project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation across Operating teams implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma journey.
• Support manufacturing annual operations plans and targets for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability.
• Establish governance to review, control performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, GMP, and environmental standards.
• Develop talent and engage the manufacturing team and cross-functional partners.
