• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with TPM, 5S, LEAN, and Six Sigma tools.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
• Engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and Lean Six Sigma initiatives to progress autonomous teams.
• Coach line leaders and cascade plans and KPIs to ensure alignment and priorities.
• Establish governance to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, GMP, Health & Safety, and internal standards.
• Develop talent and engagement for the manufacturing team and collaborate with multifunctional peers.
• Drive improvements in technology, culture, and operating systems for reliable operations.
