Job summary

PT. TERRA PADEL NUSANTARA is building a new consumer goods business in Jakarta and seeks a proactive Operations Specialist to drive end-to-end operations from setup to execution.

You will coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and warehouses; manage purchasing, inventory planning, stock movement, and product availability; support GT/MT/e-commerce channels; and develop SOPs and reports to identify gaps and opportunities as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and execution of end-to-end operations for a new CPG business.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, and other external partners.
• Manage purchasing, inventory planning, stock movement, and product availability.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, stock aging, and potential out-of-stock or overstock situations.
• Support order fulfillment and distribution across GT, MT, e-commerce, and other sales channels.
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure operational readiness for product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Track key operational and commercial numbers, including sales, inventory, COGS, margins, fulfillment, and operational expenses.
• Prepare regular operational reports and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and improve SOPs, workflows, trackers, and operational processes from scratch.
• Conduct market visits and support field operations when required.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and follow through until resolution.
• Support new initiatives, experiments, and business expansion as the company scales.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects based on evolving business priorities.
