Job summary

Grab is seeking an Operations Analytics Lead in Jakarta to steer data-driven decisions across merchant strategy and control tower operations. You will translate complex challenges into analytical models, dashboards, and actionable insights, owning end-to-end analytics for acquisition, incubation, and segmentation.

You will mentor teammates, build scalable dashboards, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with engineering and data-platform teams in an onsite role based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI, data analytics, operations analytics, or strategy consulting in high-growth tech/e‑commerce.
• Advanced SQL skills: joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning.
• Python for data manipulation and automation (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience building executive dashboards in modern BI tools.
• Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English verbal/written skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into analytical roadmaps and deliverables.
• Design core analytics, merchant segmentation, and funnel tracking.
• Deliver actionable insights with executive-ready recommendations.
• Build and automate scalable dashboards and reporting pipelines.
• Maintain data integrity; write clean SQL and Python scripts.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive best practices.
