Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations to be based on-site in Jakarta. You will design and govern the regional lead-to-cash process across commercial products, aligning technology with business strategy.

You will integrate AI-driven sales tools, CRM systems, automation, and analytics into daily workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making. Lead regional initiatives and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Tech teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
• Experience with commercial excellence metrics (pipeline management, conversion rates, quota attainment, forecasting, revenue Tracking)
• Demonstrated senior partners and lead agreement
• With the ability to translate insights into action
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools
• Excellent project management
• Experience leading regional or multi-market projects
• Experience in digital advertising, marketplace, or technology-driven businesses
• Salesforce or CRM certifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the end-to-end commercial lead-to-cash process across markets and products
• Improve adoption of AI-powered sales tools to enhance pipeline visibility, lead prioritisation, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to embed automation and experienced workflows into the commercial process
• Identify opportunities to use predictive analytics and AI insights to improve conversion rates, sales velocity, and revenue realization
• Design and implement governance frameworks, SOPs, and guides to standardise commercial best practices
• Translate commercial strategy into structured workflows supported by CRM and AI-enabled systems
• Lead projects to remove friction in the sales cycle and improve operational efficiency
• Facilitate partner workshops to agree on process design, prioritisation, and technology roadmap
• Be a central contact for sales process and sales tools transformation initiatives
• Provide leadership visibility on commercial performance metrics and process optimisation opportunities
