Job summary

Grab is seeking a skilled Demand Strategy Analytics and Automation Lead for its Food vertical, based onsite in the Jakarta office. You will transform data into actionable growth initiatives, build analytical tools, and partner with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to guide decisions.

You will lead experiments, develop causal models, and deliver insights to improve demand and user growth across mobility and delivery verticals in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of analytical experience with business acumen in tech
• Strong foundation in data querying and manipulation
• Strong statistical knowledge and understanding of controlled experiments
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable insights for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze business performance using data
• Develop analytical tools to monitor and debug performance
• Lead data-driven exploration to identify opportunities for growth
• Develop causal inference models to understand sub-optimal configurations and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to design experiments and guide decisions
