Seven Retail is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support daily administrative tasks and maintain robust reporting processes in Jakarta. You will help build and sustain dashboards, ensuring accurate data for decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience building dashboards with common BI tools is a strong plus.
• Strong data understanding and reporting logic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational and administrative activities.
• Update and maintain operational trackers and documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for submission.
• Identify basic operational issues and escalate to Operations.
• Support operational projects and ad hoc tasks.
