Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, CS or Engineering.
• ≥5 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI or similar analytical roles.
• Strong SQL and Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker for visualization.
• Hands-on with statistical analysis, predictive modeling or experimentation (A/B).
• Excellent problem solving, stakeholder management and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design and conduct statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and experimentation to solve business problems.
• Develop and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and data models to monitor key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance in reporting and analytics.
