Job summary

TechConnect in Jakarta is seeking a proactive Operations Intern to assist in preparing operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations. You will support MIS reporting, data analysis in Excel, and documentation such as SOPs and flowcharts.

Responsibilities include coordinating with departments to gather data, creating PowerPoint materials for management reviews, and helping drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proficient with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in PowerPoint for professional presentations.
• Familiar with Google Workspace tools for documentation and collaboration.
• Experience with business process mapping and workflow documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support MIS reports development and maintenance.
• Analyze operational data in Excel to identify trends for decision making.
• Create and update business process documentation, flowcharts, and SOPs.
• Develop diagrams using Visio/Draw.io/Lucidchart.
• Prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint) for internal meetings and reviews.
• Support operational improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Coordinate with departments to collect data and documentation.
• Ensure reports and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Perform other administrative and analytical tasks for Operations.
