Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a data analytics professional to empower the Business Unit with data-driven commercial decisions. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for management and frame business problems to prepare reporting.

You will analyze large datasets to diagnose performance and identify opportunities, helping to maintain dashboards that track key commercial metrics. Expect fast-paced, high-visibility analytics and rapid ad-hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and fluent in Google Spreadsheet (pivot, lookup, etc); comfortable working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Support Business Unit team to enable data-driven commercial decisions.
• Support Business Unit team to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights for management.
• Support Business Unit team to frame business problems and prepare business reports.
• Analyze large datasets to diagnose performance to identify opportunities.
• Help to maintain dashboards to track key commercial metrics.
• Deliver fast, ad-hoc analyses in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.
