Job summary

Techconnect.id is seeking an enthusiastic intern in Jakarta to assist with operational reporting, MIS data handling, and process documentation. You will help build dashboards, support management presentations, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, gain hands-on experience with Excel, Visio/Draw.io/Lucidchart diagrams, and Google Workspace tools, while developing strong organizational and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Draft and maintain reports using Excel and MIS data.
• Create dashboards and management presentations.
• Document processes with SOPs and flowcharts.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends for decision-making.
• Collaborate with departments to collect data and documentation.
• Support MIS reporting concepts and data accuracy.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork; adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support the development and maintenance of MIS reports.
• Analyze operational data using Excel to identify trends and support decisions.
• Create and update business process documentation, flowcharts, and SOPs.
• Develop diagrams using Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart.
• Prepare PowerPoint materials for internal meetings and reviews.
• Support operational improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Coordinate with departments to collect data and documentation.
• Ensure reports and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Perform other administrative and analytical tasks for Operations.
