Job summary

TechConnect in Jakarta is seeking an industrious intern to assist in preparing operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations. You will support MIS reporting development and maintain documentation, gaining hands-on experience with data analysis in Excel.

You'll coordinate with departments to collect data, create diagrams with Visio/Draw.io/Lucidchart, and help prepare materials for management reviews.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, charts).
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
• Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Familiar with business process mapping and documentation.
• Basic understanding of MIS and reporting concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support the development and maintenance of MIS reports.
• Analyze operational data using Excel to identify trends for decision-making.
• Create and update business process documentation, flowcharts, and SOPs.
• Develop process diagrams using Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart.
• Prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint) for internal meetings.
• Coordinate with departments to collect operational data and documentation.
• Ensure reports and documentation are accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Perform other administrative and analytical tasks assigned by Operations.
