Seven Retail is actively seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Intern in Jakarta to join our growing House of Brands. You will build dashboards, validate data, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive informed decisions.

The ideal candidate is pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with familiarity in SQL and dashboard tools, plus strong Bahasa Indonesia and English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Familiar with SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY) for querying and analyzing data.
• Hands-on experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase to create dashboards and reports.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Exposure to automation tools like Google Apps Script, Python, n8n, or Zapier with strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance.
• Manage, validate, and organize data to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights for business efficiency.
• Develop and optimize reporting workflows through simple automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and reporting effectiveness.
