Job summary

PT SMART Tbk (SMART) is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to serve as a communication bridge between business teams and IT, gather issues, and manage feedback. You will perform functional, UI/UX, and workflow testing on web and mobile apps to ensure high quality, while identifying basic security concerns before launch.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in application testing, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and familiarity with Python or MySQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in application testing (Automated testing is a plus).
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic application security concepts.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with Python or MySQL is a plus.
• Placement in Jakarta.

Identify basic security vulnerabilities, logic flaws, and potential bugs before systems are launched.

Prepare clear and structured technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical Guides, User Manuals, and test cases.

Conduct operational data analysis and prepare performance reports or presentations for Ops & Support management.

Utilize AI tools (prompt engineering, AI-based document drafting, and automated test case generation) to optimize team workflows.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in application testing (Automated testing is a plus).

Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic application security concepts.
