Job summary

PT SMART Tbk in Sentul, Bogor region, seeks a skilled maintenance technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery, electrical, mechanical, and automation equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, monitoring performance, and supporting BAS/BMS systems, with emphasis on safe practices and accurate reporting.

Candidates should hold a D3 in engineering and have familiarity with electrical/electronic systems and drawings (SLD/As-Built).

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering or equivalent, preferably Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• Experience in equipment maintenance, electrical/electronic maintenance, BAS/BMS, or related fields.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with electrical drawings, Single-Line Diagrams, or As-Built Drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of production machinery, electrical, mechanical, and automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment that is not functioning properly.
• Monitor equipment performance and support activities to prevent machine downtime.
• Perform testing, calibration, and basic maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.
• Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BAS/BMS systems and related equipment.
• Analyze equipment problems and provide appropriate recommendations for maintenance and repair.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, including Single-Line Diagrams and As-Built Drawings.
• Prepare maintenance reports, technical documentation, and field analysis results.
