Job summary

PT SMART Tbk is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to plan, coordinate, and monitor production, procurement, and logistics to ensure safe and efficient health-compliant operations. The role requires strong leadership in a manufacturing setting and hands-on oversight of equipment maintenance and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a similar role, with knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000, and is willing to be stationed in Ciherang, Bogor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Studies required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet marketing plans and targets.
• Oversee procurement of raw materials and packaging to maintain stock levels.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental standards and food safety management systems are documented.
• Coordinate logistics for smooth material flow and timely delivery to customers.
• Lead maintenance of production equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by efficient use of resources and adherence to SOPs.
• Collaborate with QM to investigate product complaints and implement corrective steps.

Job description

Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate operational activities optimally including production schedules, procurement of materials, qualified products in accordance with standards, availability of finished goods stock, as well as fulfilment and accuracy of orders to customers to ensure all processes run safely in accordance with laws and regulations and Company policies.

Job Description:

Monitor production schedules in accordance with marketing plans and targets and monitor the needs of raw materials and packaging materials in accordance with predetermined stock levels to ensure the production process runs effectively and efficiently.

Plan, coordinate and evaluate all occupational safety and health management programs in accordance with applicable standards and laws so that employees feel they have a safe and healthy work environment and to ensure the parameters of waste produced are in accordance with standards so that the continuity of the Company's business runs well.

Plan, coordinate and monitor all logistics operational activities which include the availability of stock materials for the smooth production process, organizing and recording the receipt or expenditure of goods, monitoring the management of transportation of goods delivery to customers to ensure the supply chain and distribution of goods runs effectively and efficiently.

Plan, coordinate and evaluate production processes to run safely, efficiently, on time and ensure that the food safety management system can be implemented and well documented.

Plan, coordinate and evaluate the maintenance and repair of production machines in accordance with SOP to ensure the production process can run safely and according to the targets set by the Company.

Develop and encourage continuous improvement by allocating resources effectively and efficiently in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the Company's objectives.

Collaborate with QM to investigate product complaints and discuss corrective steps by evaluating existing SOP.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Studies

Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position

Strong leadership and managerial skills

Have operational knowledge of industry standard equipment.

Have knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000

Willing to be placed in Ciherang, Bogor
