Job summary

PT SMART Tbk is seeking an Architects/Functional Analyst focused on Ops. Reporting & Planning to develop SAP S/4HANA Analytics, CDS Views, and SAP Fiori for support, enhancements, and projects. You will plan workshops and translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in SAP S/4HANA with ABAP CDS/Analytical CDS, Fiori, and OData, plus experience in full-cycle implementations. Strong English and collaboration with cross-functional teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology / business admin related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA environment and knowledge of full cycle implementation and rollouts.
• Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Analytics, Embedded Analytics implementation and support; must possess ABAP CDS/Analytical CDS, SAP Fiori, OData Services/Gateway, Data Modeling and Reporting Design, SQL, and database concepts.
• Experience with at least 2 full cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Exposure to SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW 7.x, SAP BPC 11, SAP BusinessObjects, AO, SAC, and Datasphere is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct workshops to identify and confirm system requirements from business users for projects and change requests.
• Develop, enhance and maintain CDS Views, SAP Fiori and Embedded Analytics content within SAP S/4HANA to support reporting.
• Develop OData services for reporting and analytics purposes.
• Perform data analysis, troubleshooting and root-cause investigation for analytics issues.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation per project standards.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT and post-production support.
• Adhere to secure coding practices to minimize vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with SAP functional, technical and business teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Transfer knowledge to SAP Service Desk, Trainer and other support teams.

Job Description :

Plan and conduct workshop to identify and confirm system requirements from business users for projects and change requests.

Develop, enhance and maintain CDS Views, SAP Fiori and Embedded Analytics content within SAP S/4HANA solutions to support operational and management reporting.

Develop OData web services extraction for reporting and analytics purposes.

Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigation for analytics-related issues.

Prepare functional and technical documentation in accordance with project standards.

Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and post-production support.

Follow good security coding practices to ensure the application is free of most common coding vulnerabilities.

Work closely with SAP functional, technical, and business teams to deliver effective analytics solutions.

Perform transfer knowledge to SAP Service Desk, Trainer and other System Support

Job Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree in information technology / business admin related field or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in SAP S4HANA environment and have a know-how about the full cycle implementation and roll outs

Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Analytics, Embedded Analytics implementation and support is required. Must posses ABAP CDS/Analytical CDS (Core Data Services), SAP Fiori, OData Services/SAP Gateway, Data Modeling and Reporting Design, SQL, and database concepts.

Have minimal 2 full cycle SAP S4HANA implementation

Exposure to SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW 7.x, SAP BPC 11, SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ), Analysis for Office (AO), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.

Experience in preparing project documentation, including:

Business Blueprint Documents

Functional Specification Documents (FSD)

Technical Specification Documents (TSD)

Test Scripts and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Documentation

Fluent English communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings and workshops.
