Golden Agri Resources seeks an Operational & Support Analyst & Improvement to bridge communications between business teams and IT, supporting QA life cycle, testing, and documentation.

Operational & Support Analyst & Improvement will work to bridge communication between business/management teams and the IT/Developer group. He/she will be involved across the software quality assurance life cycle, system testing, documentation, and operational data analysis to ensure applications meet commercial requirements and maintain high quality standards.
Responsible as a communication bridge between business teams and IT/Developers to gather issues, track bug resolution, and manage feedback. Perform application testing (functional, UI/UX, and workflow testing) on Web and Mobile applications to ensure bug-free quality. Identify basic security vulnerabilities, logic flaws, and potential bugs before systems are launched. Prepare clear and structured technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical Guides, User Manuals, and test cases. Conduct operational data analysis and prepare performance reports or presentations for Ops & Support management. Utilize AI tools (prompt engineering, AI-based document drafting, and automated test case generation) to optimize team workflows.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in application testing (Automated testing is a plus). Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic application security concepts. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with Python or MySQL is a plus.
