Job summary

Skavana Consumer Partners is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead the daily operations of a premium Korean dining restaurant in SCBD, South Jakarta. You will oversee both FOH and BOH teams, ensure smooth service, and uphold high standards of guest experience.

The role requires at least 5 years in F&B operations, leadership ability, and a hands-on, commercially driven mindset, with Korean restaurant experience preferred. Based in SCBD, you will drive performance and optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations.
• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager or similar.
• Korean restaurant experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SOP, service standards and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in SCBD, South Jakarta.
