Asian Surf Cooperative (ASC) seeks an Operational Manager to keep our growing organization running smoothly in Bali. You will oversee day-to-day operations, implement SOPs, and coordinate teams and events to ensure efficient delivery of projects and activities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and capable of managing multiple tasks while incorporating digital tools and AI to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, administration, project management, or team coordination.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office/Excel, and digital tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools and technology.
• Based in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating ASC's day-to-day operations.
• Creating, implementing, and improving SOPs and operational systems.
• Coordinating team members, schedules, and work priorities.
• Monitoring ongoing projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Supporting event planning and operational execution.
• Coordinating with vendors, partners, and external parties.
• Handling operational administration and reporting.
• Supporting finance, logistics, and other administrative processes.
• Identifying operational issues and finding practical solutions.
• Working closely with management to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Supporting the team in adopting digital tools, AI, and technology to improve operations.

Asian Surf Cooperative (ASC) is hiring!

We're looking for an Operational Manager to help keep our growing organization running smoothly and efficiently.

This role is for someone who is organized, hands-on, responsible, and good at managing people and processes. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure daily operations, projects, and events are well coordinated and executed.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and coordinating ASC's day-to-day operations


• Creating, implementing, and improving SOPs and operational systems


• Coordinating team members, schedules, and work priorities
