Job summary
PT Indonesia Surfaris, Bali-based, seeks a Digital Outreach & Community Assistant to grow the online presence of our surf camp brands. You will engage online communities, build backlinks, manage reviews, and identify PR opportunities.

About the role PT Indonesia Surfaris is seeking for aDigital Outreach & Community Assistantto help grow the online presence of our surf camp brands.
The goal is simple: when someone asksChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or another AI toolabout surf camps or surf holidays in Bali, we want our brands to be part of the conversation.
You’ll help build that visibility throughonline communities, backlinks, reviews, PR research, and brand mentions.
What You’ll Do
Engage genuinely in Reddit, surf forums, and travel communities
Reach out to surf blogs, travel websites, and relevant businesses for backlinks and brand mentions
Manage and respond to reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and other platforms
Research blogs, directories, news sites, and “best surf camp” listicles for PR opportunities
Track your activities and results and provide a short weekly report
What we're looking for
Strong initiative and independent thinking

Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently
Available40 hours per week
Comfortable usingtime-monitoring softwareduring working hours
