Asian Surf Cooperative (ASC) is hiring a General Manager – Business Operations to build the future of competitive surfing in Asia. This role goes beyond a typical GM, requiring a hands-on leader who can translate vision into scalable systems and sustainable revenue.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop SOPs, grow the team, and work with the CEO on long-term strategy while digitizing the surfing industry and embracing AI-driven change.

Qualifications

ASC is evolving from an event organization into a digital ecosystem that connects athletes, clubs, officials, event organizers, governments, brands, and partners across the region. Our vision is to become the operating platform for surfing in Asia.

We’re looking for a leader who can turn vision into execution by building systems, improving operations, leading people, and growing sustainable revenue.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of ASC
• Building scalable systems and SOPs
• Managing and developing our team
• Driving recurring revenue and business growth
• Overseeing finance, administration, technology, marketing, and event operations
• Working closely with the CEO to execute our long-term strategy
• Helping digitize and modernize the surfing industry
