Job summary

OASE Malioboro in Yogyakarta is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of attractions, facilities, and retail/F&B areas.

You will lead frontline teams, ensure cleanliness and safety, handle visitor complaints, and prepare daily reports on visitors and revenue. The role requires 2+ years in tourism or hospitality, a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership, resilience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in tourism, retail, and hospitality industries.
• Minimum S1 degree in any field (tourism and hospitality preferred).
• Strong and communicative leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work shift systems, including weekends and public holidays.
