Job summary

Cermati is seeking a motivated Operations Excellence professional to develop scalable processes for our collection team and drive efficiency across operations. You will monitor performance metrics, analyze data to identify issues, and implement improvement plans in collaboration with the operations group.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in operations improvement, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operation Excellence or operations improvements (1 year minimum).
• Experience coordinating projects & campaigns across teams.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to review detailed data and perform meaningful analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes.
• Experience with medium-large operations.
