Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group in Jakarta seeks an Operations Excellence specialist to analyze and improve core processes, ensuring proper documentation and supporting target setting and incentive calculations.

You will work with operations managers to drive initiatives, guide junior staff, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential; SQL experience is a plus in this role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ongoing and upcoming business processes to ensure proper documentation is available.
• Identify and develop core operational processes (target setting, incentive calculation, reporting, SLA metrics).
• Collaborate with operations managers and stakeholders to drive and monitor improvement initiatives.
• Provide direction and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure routine processes are completed on time and accurately (backup PIC as needed).
• Ensure deliverables from juniors meet quality standards.

• Identify, develop, evaluate organization’s core operational processes (target setting, incentive calculation, reporting, setting metrics & SLA)
• Work closely with operations manager or stakeholders to drive and monitor new improvement initiatives

• Ensure deliverables from junior team members are up to standard and free of error
