Job summary

Fit Hub is seeking a motivated analyst to drive operational excellence and improve conversion rates across processes. The role focuses on analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing initiatives to boost lead conversion and frontline productivity.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or final-year student with internship experience in process improvement or data analysis, proficient in SQL or Python, and capable of collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Fresh graduates or final-year students with internship in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Strategy, or Data.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data-driven and objective.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improve conversion rates.
• Develop and execute procedures, standards and initiatives for operational processes.
• Lead projects to improve leads conversion and frontliner productivity.

Having good analytical thinking, strong problem solver with solid analytical & quantitative skills, highly data-driven & objective.
