• Assist in analyzing historical shipping data for 3PL Performance Evaluation.
• Monitor stock levels to optimize inventory.
• Analyze 3PL performance data for improvements.
• Monitor KPIs related to Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Validate & reconcile invoices with 3PL and Finance Team.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Job description

• Assist in analyzing historical shipping data to support 3PL Performance Evaluation.
• Monitor stock levels and help develop strategies to optimize inventory.
• Analyze 3PL performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Logistic & Supply Chain.
• Invoice validation & reconciliation from 3PL collaborate with the Finance Team.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Operations Improvement

• Collaborate with cross function teams to streamline processes and Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement tools and systems to automate and optimize operational tasks.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on operational performance.
• Document business processes and owners, and ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are adhered throughout the flow.

Requirement

• Final year student with no class to attend / Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply, majoring in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• No prior experience necessary, just an eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
