Job summary

PT Pestindo Central Optima seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead, develop, and control company operations across multiple regions. You will drive cost efficiency, oversee the performance of Operation Managers, and shape medium-term strategic plans to support overall growth.

You will coach and mentor managers, build a strong leadership cadre, ensure adherence to SOPs, and align national work plans with revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Management/Business/Engineering/Industry (S2 preferred).
• 7-10 years of operations experience, with 3-5 years at OM level, multi-area preferred.

• Analyze national operational data (productivity, costs, quality) for improvement.
• Manage national operational costs (P&L) according to budget.

Job description

Lead, develop, and control all company operations at the national/multi-area level through Operation Managers. Responsible for operational cost efficiency, team productivity, manager cadre development (OM & Service Manager), and medium-term operational strategic planning (2-3 years) as a foundation towards General Manager.

Key responsibilities

Formulate and establish medium-term operational strategy (2-3 years) for all areas/regions

Evaluate and prepare annual national operational work plans together with Operation Managers

Ensure all work plans align with company business targets (revenue, profit, growth)

Monitor and evaluate the performance of Operation Managers across all areas

Analyze national operational data (productivity, costs, quality) for improvement

Ensure all regions achieve targets and follow the same SOP

Manage and control national operational costs (P&L) according to budget

Identify cost efficiency opportunities (logistics, HR, equipment) across all areas

Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation of Operation Managers

Identify and develop manager cadres for OM & Service Manager positions

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Management/Business/Engineering/Industry (S2 preferred)

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in operations, with minimum 3-5 years at Operation Manager level (multi-area experience preferred) and Pest Control Business
