Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, multi-store environments.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Solid understanding of COGS management, labor planning, budgeting, KPI tracking.
• Experience in leading teams, coaching, and driving performance improvements.
• Proven track record in store expansion or opening new outlets is a plus.

Responsibilities
