Bara Gourmets Group is launching its premier restaurant in Citraland, Surabaya, seeking an operations leader to set the standard from day one. You will run daily operations across kitchen and front of house and recruit the opening team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in premium dining, with pre-opening experience a strong plus. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with solid cost control and POS proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Run daily operations across kitchen and front of house.
• Build and enforce SOPs, schedules, and service standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop opening team.
• Control food cost, inventory, and sales reporting.
• Own the guest experience and handle feedback.
• Work directly with the owner and Head Chef.
