Job summary

TP in Bali is seeking an English-speaking Tech Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer and technical support. You will troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions to ensure a positive user experience.

The role requires working a permanent night shift onsite in Bali, with 1+ year in technical support or customer service and solid English communication skills (C1). Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with accounting software are a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Fluent English communication skills (C1), both written and verbal.
Willing to work permanent night shift.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Technical Support or Customer Service for software products.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and accounting software.
Experience using ticketing systems and helpdesk tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to work fully onsite in Bali.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues promptly and professionally.
Manage and track customer inquiries through helpdesk platforms.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting response and resolution targets.
