Job summary

TP is hiring a Customer Expert (Polish Speaker) to join our Bali team. If you have strong or fluent Polish and English communication skills and a passion for helping customers, we’d love to meet you.

You will provide timely support through phone, email, and chat for a consumer electronics client, resolve basic technical issues, and work with the team to improve processes and the customer experience. Relocation benefits are provided for candidates coming from outside Bali.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s degree from any major (fresh graduates welcome).
• Willing to work in shifting schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and permanent night shifts.
• Fast learner and able to work across multiple communication channels (email, chat, and voice).
• Strong or fluent Polish communication skills (written & verbal) — will be tested.
• Intermediate level of English is acceptable.
• Willing to work fully onsite and relocate to Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support to customers through digital channels for a consumer electronics client.
• Assist customers with basic technical issues using scripts and guidelines.
• Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels.
• Achieve all KPIs set by the company and client.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and overall customer experience.
