It is a full-time, on-site position based in West Java. You will present service offerings, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor market trends to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation.
• Proficiency in communication and presentation, with the ability to explain logistics solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience or familiarity with logistics, expedition services, or e-commerce ecosystems in Indonesia.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.
• Comfort working with basic digital tools and CRM systems to manage pipelines and track client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in a sales or account management role; experience with MSMEs or corporate clients is an advantage.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and e-commerce ecosystem, including MSMEs, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and present our service offerings.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure seamless delivery experiences.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Represent IDExpress professionally and participate in client meetings and networking events.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
