You'll manage the sales pipeline, coordinate with the operations team on shipping schedules and documents, and prepare regular sales reports. English proficiency and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in any field.
• 1–2 years in B2B sales, preferably in expedition, freight forwarding, or international courier services.
• Confident and able to cold call to engage prospects.
• English language proficiency for work communication.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Target-oriented and able to work independently.
• Understanding of export processes, shipping documents, or customs regulations (plus).

Responsibilities

• Search for and contact new prospective customers
• Conduct canvassing via telephone, WhatsApp, email, direct visits, and trade exhibitions
• Explain services and create price offers according to customer needs
• Perform follow-up until closing, then maintain relationships to ensure regular customer orders
• Build partnerships with partners such as export aggregators, associations, and diaspora communities
• Record all leads and their progress in the sales tracker on a regular basis
• Coordinate with the operational team regarding shipping schedules, documents, and clearance issues
• Create weekly and monthly sales reports
