Job summary

PT Yongsheng Mining Indonesia is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support sales operations at our Baywalk Mall, Pluit site. You will handle quotations, assist with contract preparation, and maintain accurate sales records while coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Strong Mandarin communication skills are required; English is an advantage. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred, with experience in sales support or administration valuable.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
• Business or Marketing degree preferred.
• Prior experience in sales support or administration preferred.
• Willing to work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the sales manager and team.
• Assist in quotations, contract preparation, and sales records.
• Translate documents and communications between Mandarin, Indonesian, and English.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the manager.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
• Coordinate with internal/external parties and conduct information gathering.
