Job summary

PT Onmuse Industrial Indonesia is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales operations at Priskila Tower, Tangerang. You will handle daily quotations, assist in contract preparation, and maintain accurate sales records while coordinating with the sales team and Indonesian-speaking clients.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, on-site work Monday through Saturday, and a willingness to grow within a developing industrial company. English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
• English proficiency is an advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field; Business or Marketing is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales support or administration is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Detail-oriented and well-organised; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily sales quotations and price lists accurately and on time.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining sales contracts and supporting documents.
• Prepare and update sales lists, records, and related reports.
• Coordinate and communicate with Indonesian-speaking clients and internal teams.
• Handle general sales administration and document filing.
• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the sales team.
